'cause I'm leaving... on a jet plane
I am going away for a week, and I'm really looking forward to it. Today I fly from here to Toronto. i'll spend the night there with my parents and my sister - and tomorrow morning we fly away. We're going to Costa Rica for a week.Yup, a whole week.
It will be a lot of fun, we have no schedule, all we have is a 4x4 (and two packets of playing cards so we can play canasta). I think that on the plane trip tomorrow we're going to start planning where we really want to go. There's a volcano called Arenal surrounded by lush rainforests - that is our main attraction. We're steering clear from the beaches, they have a reputation for being beautiful, and similar to the ones back home - so we're targeting the stuff we're not familiar with.
So, Happy Thanksgiving to all of you, we'll be hiking and walking - but at the end of the day it's all about families being together.

I'm SO jealous!! The most walking I'll be doing this Thanksgiving is a once-around-the-block between the turkey and the dessert. Still, you're absolutely right that it's all about being with the ones you love, no matter where that may be. Have a fantastic trip!!! -- L.
